SHIPPING

Postage and handling costs per order:
Victoria: $5 per order
All other Australian states: $8 per order

Orders will be dispatched within 5 days and usually on the same day as payment authorisation. If shipping cannot be made within 5 days an email will be sent to explain the delay and give a revised estimate of the delivery date. Customers will be alerted to out-of-stock items by email.

Although secure payment authorisation for the full amount due is collected at the time of ordering, payment is not processed until the day of shipping.

Where an order includes an out-of-stock item, the available items in the order will be processed and dispatched immediately. The out-of-stock item will be shipped when available without further postage and handling costs.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy for any reason with the item received, you may return it up to 14 days from the date of receipt provided the item is in its original condition. You may return the item in person - please check the shop opening times on the C. E. Wise website. If you wish to return it by post you will be responsible for any return postage, tracking and insurance. Please include a letter stating the reason for return, the name under which the item was bought and your details so we can contact you to address your needs to your satisfaction. It will assist us if you use the “contact us” option on this website to notify us in advance that you are returning an item to us by post.
