SHIPPING

Postage and handling costs for blazers are included in the purchase price.

Orders will be dispatched within 7 days and usually on the same day as payment authorisation. If shipping cannot be made within 7 days an email will be sent to explain the delay and give a revised estimate of the delivery date.

Although secure payment authorisation for the full amount due is collected at the time of ordering, payment is not processed until the day of shipping.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy for any reason with the item received, you may return it up to 30 days from the date of receipt provided the item is in its original condition. You may return the item in person - please check the shop opening times on the C. E. Wise website. If you wish to return it by post you will be responsible for any return postage, tracking and insurance. You should have received with your item instructions for return and where applicable a sizing alteration form. If there is a reason for return other than sizing concerns, please include a statement of this reason for return. Please also assure that you include the name under which the item was bought and your details so we can contact you to address your needs to your satisfaction. It will assist us if you use the "contact us" option on this website to notify us in advance that you are returning an item to us by post or email us at sales@cewise.com.au.
